Unfortunately, we are experiencing some delays in our returns process.
Parcels in transit through Malmö are taking longer than usual to be returned back to our warehouse in Germany. As a result it may take longer than usual for you to receive your refund.
We are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.
Our return process can take up to 15 working days from the date you returned your parcel. Once we have received your returned items we will process the refund. It is at this point that you will also receive an automated returns confirmation email from us.
