Q. Important information regarding delays in our returns process.




Unfortunately, we are experiencing some delays in our returns process.

Parcels in transit through Malmö are taking longer than usual to be returned back to our warehouse in Germany. As a result it may take longer than usual for you to receive your refund.

We are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

Our return process can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your returned parcel. Once we have received your returned items we will process the refund. It is at this point that you will also receive an automated returns confirmation email from us.

If you have not heard from us after 14 working days from the date we receive your returned parcel, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

We appreciate your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
