Q. Online Returns Policy

From Monday 1st March 2021 UNIQLO's online returns policy will be modified as per the following:

Items purchased on and after 1st March 2021 will have a SEK 59 return fee.

What is the online returns policy?

From when you are in receipt of your goods, you will still have 30 days to return it. For Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store. Exchanges are still allowed in our UNIQLO stores but returns of item(s) purchased online will not be accepted. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by clicking here. Please note orders placed with PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Carte Bancaire transactions cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our UNIQLO stores and will have to follow our online returns procedure. As a reminder, we cannot accept any returns for inner/underwear/swimwear or face-masks due to hygiene reasons.

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange your goods at any UNIQLO store within the country of purchase. You can make the exchange for a combination of products of your choice providing it is priced the same or higher than their original purchase. If you want to purchase additional products then this will be treated as a new purchase, separate from the product that is being exchanged. Please ensure that the goods are in resalable condition and that you bring your invoice / in store receipt as proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note exchanges cannot be made online. All standard conditions apply.

What would happen if I made my purchase before the 1st March, will I qualify for a free return?

Please refer to the following process when reviewing your return options:
Please check the date on your invoice. If the date of purchase is before the 1st March, then you can still return your purchase for free back online. Please always ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition. All standard conditions apply.

If the date on your invoice is on or after 1st March, then you will have to pay for your return back to us.

What will be the cost of my return?

The return amount will be for a fixed fee, the amount is: SEK 59

What do I do if I feel my item(s) is faulty?

If you have made an online purchase and you are unhappy with your purchase due to a defect arising out of a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us through our Contact us form (select topic: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is faulty). Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the Product and the order.

What will the new process be?

Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by accessing our returns portal and selecting the items you wish to return. Once you have confirmed your return reason it will generate a label which you will use to send your parcel back to us. Upon receipt of your parcel, it will be processed for a refund and the amount received will be for the returned item(s) minus the cost for the label.

Why have you decided to change your returns policy?

Our mission is to deliver LifeWear products to all of our customers and to continue to provide good value for money. In line with this, we are also aiming to redefine sustainability, meaning UNIQLO would like to influence a positive change inviting everyone to move away from the current cycle of purchasing and returning, and be more conscious of the impact such a cycle is having on our environment. To support this, we have introduced several new tools such as ‘Find your perfect fit’ and ‘StyleHint’, to enable customers to make a more informed decision when choosing our products. Should you still decide to change your mind, we would also like to remind you that you can exchange your goods at any UNIQLO store within the country of purchase.

This will be a challenge for all, but if we achieve our end goal which is to reduce returns overall, we will succeed in becoming more sustainable.
