Sweden – Store restrictions: How UNIQLO Sweden is responding to the recent government announcement

We hope you are well in this difficult time and would like to inform you that UNIQLO Sweden is taking every precaution to ensure that you can shop safely with us online and in store.

Following recent government's decisions, all our UNIQLO Sweden stores remain open. Due to the current situation and in line with the new government guidelines we are limiting the number of people who can visit our stores at the same time.

Is ordering on UNIQLO.se safe?

Our warehouse is following strict health and safety protocols, wearing mask and gloves while handling anything that might be sent to you. We also ensure that social distancing rules are rigorously followed.


Can I choose a Click & Collect order?

Our stores remain open, and you can choose our Click & Collect service when placing an order on our website.


Will I be able to return my online or in-store purchase later?

To facilitate your return and to ensure a smooth experience, we have extended our returns period for online and in-store purchases.

Any purchases made on or after 2nd November shall be eligible for return either until 31st of January 2021 or 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. All standard conditions for returns still apply. 

Any purchases made between 10th January and 28th February shall be eligible for return within 60 days from the date of purchase.  All standard conditions for returns still apply. 

Any purchases made after 1st March shall be eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.  All standard conditions for returns still apply.
