What is the online returns policy?

You will have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store). Exchanges can be made in any UNIQLO Sweden store but returns of items purchased online will not be accepted in store. Orders placed with PayPal or Klarna cannot be refunded or exchanged in any UNIQLO stores and will have to follow our online returns procedure. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by using our Returns Portal.

Due to hygiene reasons inner/underwear/swimwear or face-masks cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

What if I feel my item(s) is faulty?

As soon as you discover a fault with your item, please contact our specialist team by using the CHAT SUPPORT service at the bottom of this page.

So we can assist you efficiently, please do provide us with the following:

1. Order number
2. The faulty item code (beginning 2000, located below the barcode on the label)
3. An image of the fault
4. Any other information
