Q. I haven’t received the app welcome in-store voucher, what should I do?

You will need to download the UNIQLO App and link it to your UNIQLO web account in order to take advantage of this offer.

The voucher can take up to 24 hours to be received. If its been more than 24 hours, please contact us here

In order to help you, we will need your App Member ID which can be found in the “My Account” section of your account, below the barcode. Please include this in your email when contacting us.
