Q. What happens once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number for reference. This information will also be available on your UNIQLO account.

When your goods have been picked and dispatched to your chosen store, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing information about your schedule delivery. Please refer to this for further information on when your order can be collected. You will also receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is ready for collection in your chosen store. Please note you will only receive a SMS notification if you have entered your mobile number correctly.
