Q. How do I return my UNIQLO order?

If your order was shipped on or after Tuesday 4th August*, please follow the below instructions. 

1. Access the returns portal  and select the items you wish to return, confirm your return reason and generate your label.

2. Attach the PostNord return label making sure you've removed the original address label.

3. Package your parcel securely with the delivery note inside.

4. Return to a PostNord Service Point (find your nearest branch here).

Should you wish to return by any other carrier or wish to make another return from the same order at a future date, this will be at your own cost. To do so, please send your return to the following address:

Returning in-store ?  

If you would like to return your in store purchase for a refund you can only do so at the store where the purchase was originally made. You can still exchange at any of our stores in Sweden.  Should you decide wish to receive a refund, we'll process your refund in-store to the card used to place the order. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you(depending on your bank). Please do ensure you either print or download your tax invoice (located in you shipment confirmation email) as proof of purchase. We will not be able to process your refund without this.

Please note, once an item has been exchanged we are no longer able to process a refund for the product.

Should you have placed your order via PayPal or Klarna, you can only return your order via post. We do not accept PayPal or Klarna returns or exchanges in-store.

*Orders received before August 4th 2020, please return your item/s in its original condition with your returns note included.
