If your order has been sent in two separate parcels you will see two separate tracking numbers on your tracking. You can click this and see the full tracking details for each parcel.
If an item is missing, please contact us
with the order number and the missing items SKU (this can be found on the tax invoice, product code starting 20000). We will resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
