Q. My item is faulty, what should I do ?
If you placed your order before 17/09/2024, please follow the instructions below
As soon as you discover a fault with your item, please contact our specialist team by using the CHAT SUPPORT service at the bottom of this page. So we can assist you efficiently, please do provide us with the following:
1. Order number
2. The faulty item code (beginning 2000, located below the barcode on the label)
3. An image of the fault
4. Any other information
If you placed your order after 17/09/2024, please follow the instructions below:
As soon as you discover a fault with your item, please process a return of the item through your UNIQLO account or guest account. For information on how to return an item, please click here.
Faulty item claims are no longer accepted through our customer center for orders placed after 17/09/2024. Please return the item via our online returns process.
