Q. I do not have access to a printer, how can I return my items?




If you decide not to use the UNIQLO Returns Portal to return your parcel or you do not have access to a printer, you are welcome to return using a courier of your own choice. Do not register your return in our Returns Portal. In this case, you will not be charged the SEK 29 returns fee but you will need to cover the cost of your return postage and ensure to obtain traceable proof of return.

All you have to do is include a note, within the parcel, with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Order Number(s)
3. The product SKU code(s)

e.g. John Smith, A001234243, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label). All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging tags and/or labels.

Please note that failure to follow the above guidance may lead to a significant delay in the processing of your refund.
