If you have opted for an E-receipt in one of our stores but you are unable to locate it, please follow the steps below:

If you did not opt for an E-receipt at the point of purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide one afterward.
If you process a return or exchange using your e-receipt, we will not be able to issue an e-receipt for the new transaction. However, you will receive a physical receipt.
