Q. I did not receive my store purchase E-Receipt




If you have opted for an E-receipt in one of our stores but you are unable to locate it, please follow the steps below:


Finding your E-Receipt

Your E-Receipt will be sent to your email inbox within 24 hours of purchase.

Please make sure to check:
 
  • Your spam/junk folders.
  • You have not blocked UNIQLO in your incoming email settings.


Returns & Exchanges
 

If you are unable to find your E-Receipt, please contact us via CHAT SUPPORT service at the bottom of this page for assistance.

Important:

If you did not opt for an E-receipt at the point of purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide one afterward.

If you process a return or exchange using your e-receipt, we will not be able to issue an e-receipt for the new transaction. However, you will receive a physical receipt.
