Q. What is the in-store e-receipt?




The in-store e-receipt service will be available from mid-February 2025 onwards.


This new service is now available to all customers
 

When you make a purchase in one of our stores, you can choose to receive an e-receipt.
 

To receive an e-receipt, you MUST select this option at the time of payment. It will be sent to the email address of your choice and will NOT be issued automatically unless selected. Alternatively, you can scan your UNIQLO App at checkout to have the e-receipt saved directly within the app. For more information about the perks of the UNIQLO App please click here.

Please note that you will still have the option to receive a physical receipt if preferred.
