Q. How do coupons affect my refund?

The value of the Coupon will not be refunded when items are returned as the Coupon is non-refundable.

Please note that when returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. Please be aware that the coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding an item.

Please make sure you check coupon details before purchasing or returning items.

Example:

Purchased items:

            Jacket 600 kr
            Jumper 300 kr
T-Shirt 100 kr

Purchase Value (before coupon discount applied): 1000 kr
Coupon Used: 10 kr

How is the coupon distributed?

Using the purchase value (before coupon discount applied):

Jacket 60% → 60 kr
Jumper 30% →30 kr
            T-Shirt 10% →10 kr

When returning the Jacket (600 kr)

Refund received: 540 kr

Refunded amount= 600 kr (original product price) - 60 kr (coupon discount) = 540 kr

When returning the sweater (300 kr)

Refund received: 270 kr

Refunded amount= 300 kr (original product price) - 30 kr (coupon discount) = 270 kr

When returning the T- shirt (100 kr)

Refund received: 90 kr

Refunded amount= 100 kr (original product price) - 10 kr (coupon discount)= 90 kr

When returning the whole order

Refund received: 900 kr

Refunded amount= 1000 kr (returned product price) - 100 kr (coupon discount) = 900 kr

Please note, each return parcel posted is subject to a 29 kr return shipping fee.
