  • What is the UNIQLO Sampling Programme?

    The Sampling Programme allows selected customers to receive a coupon for a UNIQLO product free of charge to try at home, in exchange for sharing product reviews.

  • Who is eligible for the Sampling Programme?

    You are eligible if you:

    • Are a UNIQLO App member aged 18 or over
    • Submit a review during the campaign period
    • Have push notifications enabled
    • Submit a review that complies with our Product Review Guidelines
  • How do I join the Sampling Programme?

    To participate, you need to:

    • Download the UNIQLO App and log in
    • Leave a review for any purchased item on the App or website
    • Ensure push notifications are enabled

    You will automatically be entered into the selection pool after completing these steps.

  • What products can I review?

    You can review any product available on the UNIQLO App or website. The product review does not affect the sample product you may receive.

  • What can I receive as part of the Sampling Programme?

    Selected participants will receive a coupon fora specific UNIQLO product. The coupon allows you to order that product free of charge. Available sizes and colours may vary depending on stock availability.

  • How are participants selected?

    Participants are selected randomly from eligible reviewers for each cycle.

  • How will I know if I have been selected?

    If you are selected, you will be notified via:

    • UNIQLO App push notification, and/or
    • Email notification

    You will receive a Sampling Coupon in your UNIQLO App.

  • Where can I find my Sampling Coupon?

    You can find your Sampling Coupon in the UNIQLO App:

    • Go to the Notifications section in the App
    • Locate your Sampling Programme notification
    • Open it to view your coupon

    Make sure your push notifications are enabled so you don’t miss it.

  Coupon & Redemption
  • How do I redeem my Sampling Coupon?

    To redeem your Sampling Coupon:

    • Go to the UNIQLO App or website
    • Add the assigned sampling product to your cart
    • Apply your Sampling Coupon at checkout
    • Complete your order

    Your sample will then be delivered directly to your home address.

    Please note:

    • The coupon is valid for the assigned sampling product
    • It must be used in a separate order
    • Only home delivery is available
  • Why can’t I combine my Sampling Coupon with other items?

    The Sampling Coupon is issued specifically for one product and must be processed separately to ensure correct fulfilment. Additional items cannot be added to the same order.

  • Why can’t I choose any product with my Sampling Coupon?

    The Sampling Coupon is linked to a specific product selected as part of the programme. Sizes and colours may vary depending on availability at the time of ordering.

  • Why is my Sampling Coupon not working?

    Your Sampling Coupon may not work if:

    • The coupon has expired
    • The selected product is not eligible for the coupon
    • You are trying to add other items to the same order
    • The product is out of stock in your chosen size or colour

    Please ensure you are using the coupon for the correct product and completing your order as a separate transaction.

  Delivery, Returns & Feedback
  • How will I receive my free sample?

    Your free sample will be delivered directly to your home address for free. Click & Collect is not available for this programme.

  • Can I return or exchange the free sample?

    No, free samples cannot be:

    • Returned
    • Exchanged
    • Redeemed for cash
  • Can I leave a review for the free sample?

    Yes, you can leave a review for the sample via the UNIQLO App or website. We encourage you to share your feedback after trying the product.

  Additional FAQs
  • Am I eligible if I left a review before the campaign period?

    Only reviews submitted during the campaign period will be considered for the Sampling Programme. Reviews submitted before this period are not eligible.

  • Why can’t I see my review on the website?

    After submitting your review, it may take a few days for it to appear on the website, as all reviews are reviewed before being published.

  Programme Rules
  • How often does the Sampling Programme run?

    The Sampling Programme runs on a monthly cycle. You need to submit a new review each month to be eligible.

  • If I am selected once, will I automatically receive samples again?

    No, selection is random for each cycle. Submitting reviews regularly may increase your chances of being selected again.
