Order and Pick is a service that allows you to order in-store inventory online, pay for it online, and pick it up in store in as little as 2 hours.

From the product page, check whether an item is available in-store. Select the pickup location and click “ORDER & PICK”. | You'll receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up at the store.

ORDER & PICK service may not be available if the selected store is out of stock.
ORDER & PICK service will be available in selected stores.
How do I place my order?
1. On the page of the desired product, select the color and size, and click [Check store inventory].
*If a specific store is displayed and you want to use the service at another store, click [Check other store inventory].
2. On the store inventory search page, enter the store and click [Search].
3. Click the [ORDER & PICK] button of the store where you can visit.
*Stores that do not display the [ORDER & PICK] button are not eligible for the service.
*You will pick up your item at the store where you clicked the [ORDER & PICK] button.
4. After checking the information about the service, click [OK] and then click [Add to cart].
*If you would like to purchase multiple items, you can specify the quantity on this page.
5. Click [View cart] and Click [Proceed to checkout].
*If you would like to purchase another item, Click [Continue shopping] and add the desired item to your cart.
*You cannot order a combination of items from multiple stores at once.
If you add items from different stores to your cart, the item you added first will be deleted.
6. Enter your credit card information and click [Order].
*Even if you have already registered your credit card information, you will need to enter the security code.
Please select "ORDER & PICK" of your desired store from "Check Store Inventory" on the product sales page .
※ Orders that have already been paid cannot be changed to ORDER & PICK.
Please see below are step by step guide:
STEP 1. Select product and check stock
③ Click the [ORDER & PICK] button of the store where you can pick up the product.
※ If the [ORDER & PICK] button is not displayed, the store either does not have the product in stock or the service is not available.
④ Select a product and click [Add to Cart]
▲ If you want to purchase other products, click [Continue Shopping] and repeat steps ① to ④ on the other product pages.
※ Only products from the same store can be added to the cart.
STEP 3. Check the product and order
How do I collect my order?
1. We will contact you by email once the product is ready.
2. Please present your UNIQLO app membership QR code at the service counter of the store where you selected [ORDER & PICK].
*Please log in to the UNIQLO app in advance with the email address you used to order. You can also collect your order by showing your confirmation email or order number.
*Depending on the store, we may ask you to confirm your order number when you pick up your order.
*The location of the service counter varies depending on the store.
*If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the store staff.
How long do I have to collect the order?
You have 14 calendar days to collect your order after it has been processed in the store.
If you're unable to collect your order within 14 calendar days, you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after the 14 days have elapsed. Please note, we are unable to extend your collection time period.
How can I exchange/return my ORDER & PICK purchase?
ORDER & PICK purchases are subject to the UNIQLO Online Returns Policy. This means these purchases can only be exchanged in stores and they must be returned via our online returns process.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Unfortunately, the stock update is not instantly reflected on our website after checkout. We do our best to try to update the inventory hourly. However, if multiple customers order the same item within a very short time frame, the website does not have time to reflect the accurate inventory. For this reason, by the time you place your order, items that were on “Low Stock” could have been sold and your selected item not being available anymore resulting in your order being cancelled.
Also, if you have placed an order with several items and one of them is out of stock, your whole order will be cancelled.
An email will be sent to inform you of this cancellation, and you will not be charged. The Pending Authorization on your account will be reversed within the next 3-5 working days.
