When will I receive my refund?

Refunds can be processed at any UNIQLO store within the same country of purchase. Store purchases cannot be returned by post.

Refund Process
2. Once your item has been received back at our warehouse in Germany, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.
3. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. The refund will be processed and completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

*Please make sure you keep the Return Receipt number provided by your PostNord as proof of return.
- Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non‑refundable.

A 29 SEK fee per return request will be deducted from your refund. This is 29 SEK per return request/parcel and not per item. Unless the return is due to our error, this cost is borne by the customer.
- Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year holidays, refund processing may take longer than usual.

▼ The tracking shows that UNIQLO has already received my return parcel. Why has my refund not been processed yet?
You might see your parcel marked as "delivered". This means it's at the carrier's hub in Malmö and will soon be on its way to our warehouse in Germany. Your parcel should arrive at our warehouse in Germany within 8 business days. -
▼ I have received the refund confirmation email. Why is the refund still not reflected in my account?
Upon receipt of the refund confirmation email, it takes 3–7 business days (depending on the original payment method) for the refund to be visible in your account.
