The UNIQLO Weekend in Lisbon Prize Draw for 26SS Linen Campaign is open to residents of the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over , who have downloaded the UNIQLO App and purchased any UNIQLO item from the UNIQLO Linen collection via the UNIQLO App between 11th May  and 24th May 2026 (further detail below), then completed the entry form to participate (the “Operation”). 

This is a combined Operation for all the countries mentioned above. From all eligible participants, one (1) winner will receive a trip to Lisbon, including  

• return flights for two (2) people from the participant countries to Lisbon, Portugal and return transfers from the airport to the hotel;  

• 2 Nights’ accommodation at a 4-Star Hotel with breakfast for two (2) people in the hotel restaurant each morning;   

• Lisbon Street Art Walking Tour for two (2) people:  

Includes: Local guide;   

• Lisbon Private Guided Tuk-Tuk Tour for two (2) people. Includes: Guide and transportation; 

• Travel insurance 

Full Terms and Conditions – Customer Participation 

To participate in the Operation, all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all entry instructions that form part of these Terms and Conditions in the participation form provided. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Operation who meet the following eligibility requirements.  

Eligibility: The Operation is open to the residents of the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Operator and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Operation.   

1. Entry instructions: Participants will be entered into the prize draw by making a purchase of any UNIQLO product from the Linen category via the UNIQLO App between 11th  May  and 24th May 2026 and completing the steps below: 

To enter the Operation, Participants must:  

a. Download the UNIQLO App  

b. Be logged into their UNIQLO account while making a purchase of Uniqlo product from Linen category via the UNIQLO App during the Participation Period 

c. Complete the form provided in the UNIQLO App while you are logged in (you will find the notification banners inside the App on the notification page). To complete the form, participants are required to submit responses to all questions that request their personal opinions 

Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person.  

Excluded from participation are:  

• entries from agents or third parties,  

• syndicated entries,  

• those made using methods such as computer macro, script, or the use of automated devices, and 

• duplicated or bulk entries.  

These entries will be deleted, and the participant will be disqualified without notice at the Operator’s discretion. 

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Operation. Participants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Operator’s discretion.   

2. Participation Period: The Operation is available between 11th May and 24th May 2026 

3. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a weekend in Lisbon, Portugal, including return flights for 2 (2) people to Lisbon, Portugal (Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the travel agency, NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both, the country of residency / departure airport  and Portugal), accommodation and an activity for two (2) people; in detail consisting of: 

• return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges ( does not include any checked in luggage or cabin bags) Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winner’s nearest major international airport that operates flights to Lisbon. Please note, this may not be your closest airport, and direct flights cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK/EU passport, you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy( the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in the prize).  

• Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to the entry requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. It remains the winner’s responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering Portugal and upon returning to the UK/FR/GE/BE/DK/SE/NL. Neither the Operator nor the agency can be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations. 

• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 

• Two (2) Night's accommodation in a 4* hotel in Lisbon, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom, including bed and breakfast. Special conditions such as a twin room are subject to availability. Your prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out. 

• Street Art Tour is a group walking tour, will last up to three (3) hours and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Tour is conducted in English. 

• Lisbon Private Guided Tuk-Tuk Tour is for two (2) people and will last between 2-4 hours. Tour can be conducted in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish. Hotel pick-up is available from selected hotels, but travelers may be required to meet the guide at a designated meeting point. Experience is subject to availability at the time of booking and does not include any entrance fees into attractions.  

• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should the agency be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, an equal cash sum will be provided to the winner via bank transfer. 

• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within twelve (12) months from the date of the agency’s initial correspondence with them. 

• Once the booking is confirmed, the winner is subject to the travel conditions of the airline. The operator nor the agency can be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.

6. Winner selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected within ten (10) working days of this Operation’s closing date. The winner will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received during the operational period.  
    

7. Winner notification: The winner will be notified via email within ten (10) working days from selection. The agency arranging the round-trip prize will be communicated by the Operator. 

8. If a winner has not contacted the Operator within 28 days of notification to claim their prize, their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen by the Operator.

The processing of personal data is based on the performance of the contract embodied by these Terms and Conditions. The personal data collected in connection with the Operation are necessarily collected for the performance of the Operation and these Terms and Conditions. The personal data collected as part of the Operation include, in particular:  

• App membership ID and  

• the email address associated with that App Membership ID 

These personal data will be used exclusively by the Operator for the purpose of handling the participation of the data subjects in the Operation (namely, identifying and contacting the participants to announce the winner). No personal data will be used by the Operator for marketing purposes, unless express and prior authorization has been obtained. 

The personal data of participants are retained for the entire duration of the Operation and are then deleted after the final draw. 

The data of the Operation are retained for the period necessary for the awarding and where applicable, shipping, and tracking of the Prizes, and then archived for the applicable statutory limitation period for evidentiary purposes. 

Personal data are disclosed only to authorized persons within the Operator and, where applicable, to partners exclusively responsible for the delivery of the Prizes, strictly within the scope of their duties. 

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, each participant has the following rights: right of access; right to rectification; right to erasure; right to object to and restrict processing in the cases provided for by law; right to data portability.

General 

12. The Operator and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 
     

13. No responsibility will be taken by the Operator for entries or claims which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost.  Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Operation. 
     

14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. 
     

15. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged at Uniqlo stores.  
     

16. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Operator reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Operator the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.  
     

17. The winner consents to the Operator publishing their name and country within three (3) months of the Operation close date. 
     

18. The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the prizes only and announcing the winner as described in No. 17 of the Terms and Conditions. 
     

19. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Operation or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Operator reserves the right to cancel or amend the Operation or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator will not be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements. 
     

20. Participants in the Operation agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  The Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Operator to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. 
     

21. The Operator reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within two (2) days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Operation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Operation’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Operation or won using fraudulent means. The Operator will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause. 
     

22. Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner. 
     

23. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Operator’s negligence, neither the Operator nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Operation. 
     

24. The Operation and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the customer’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Operation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the customer’s place of residence.
