Home Delivery
Standard Delivery (MyPack Home) is FREE for order subtotals of 800SEK or more (before shipping and after coupons are applied).

  • Estimated delivery times are subject to placing your order before 10:30am, Mon-Fri (this does include bank holidays).

MyPack Collect (PostNord Service Point) costs 49 SEK (FREE if you spend 800 SEK or more).

Pick-up in UNIQLO Store (Click & Collect)

  • Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.
  • Bring delivery confirmation email or the SMS notification to collect your parcel.

 
Pick-up at PostNord Service Point (MyPack Collect)

  • Parcels are held at the PostNord Service Point for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If not collected within 7 days, the parcel is returned to us and you will receive a refund within 14 working days after it arrives back at our warehouse.
  • You will be notified when your parcel is ready for collection (e.g., by SMS or email, depending on the carrier’s process).
  • Bring valid photo identification and your collection notification when collecting your parcel.
  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present ID with the same surname or proof of your identity.
  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present valid authorisation and ID.

  • Q. Do you deliver to my address?

    A. We deliver to most postal areas in Sweden. However, we are unable to deliver to:

    • Post Office (PO) box addresses
  • Q.  Is Pick-up at a PostNord Service Point available everywhere?

    A. MyPack Collect assigns your closest PostNord Service Point automatically once you enter your home address; available options will be shown at checkout.

    Parcels are held at the collection point for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

    A. No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

  • Q. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?

    A. Yes, all orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for (or placed in a safe location), the insurance no longer applies.
