Short Terms 

The UNIQLO App raffle for In-Store-Purchases is open to residents of Sweden aged 18 or over, who have downloaded the UNIQLO APP and scanned it at checkout when completing a transaction in UNIQLO stores in Sweden or make an online purchase in the UNIQLO App between 16th February and 28th February 2026 (further details below), then completed the entry form to participate (the “Promotion”). Full Terms & Conditions – Customer Participation 

To participate in the Promotion, all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these terms and conditions, and all entry instructions that form part of these terms and conditions in the participation form provided. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.  

Promoter: Uniqlo Europe LTD, 103-113 Regent Street, London, W1B 4HL acting through its Branch: UNIQLO Sweden, Västra, Trädgårdsgatan 10, 1 tr, 111 53 Stockholm (Organisationsnummer: 516411-1816). 

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Promotion who meet the following eligibility requirements.  
 

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to the residents of Sweden aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. Entry Instructions: Participants will be entered into the prize draw by scanning their UNIQLO App Member ID at the checkout when purchasing in UNIQLO stores in Sweden  or make an online purchase in the UNIQLO App  in Sweden between 16.02.2026 and 28.02.2026 and completing the steps below: 

To enter the Promotion, Participants must:  
a. Download the UNIQLO App  
b. Register and be logged in / or logged in if you already have an account 
c. Scan their UNIQLO App Member ID during checkout in UNIQLO stores during the Participation Period OR make an online purchase in the UNIQLO App 
d. Complete THIS form, also provided via in-store promotional materials (such as posters or point-of-purchase signs). 

Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person.  

Excluded from participation are: 

Such excluded entries will be deleted, and the Participant will be disqualified without notice at the Promoter’s discretion. 

All entries must be made directly by the person participating in the Promotion. Participants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.  
 

3. Participation Period: The Promotion is available from 16.02.2026 to 28.02.2026 during the store’s working hours.

4. Prize: UNIQLO team Sweden logo collection including: One (1) t-shirt, one (1) bag, one (1) Wool-blend Long-sleeve T-shirt, (one) beanie as detailed below:

Please note that choice of colour, size and design cannot be guaranteed. 

5. Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the address entered on the raffle entry form at participation. If no address is provided, the winner is required to pick up the Prize at Kungsträdgården UNIQLO store in Sweden. 
6. Winner selection: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected within ten (10) working days of this Promotion’s closing date. The winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received during the promotional period. 
7. Winner notification: The winners will be notified via email within ten (10) working days of selection.  

Our Right to Use Information About You 

8. Any personal information provided by participants in the course of an online purchase, downloading the UNIQLO App or participating in this Promotion will be collected, stored, and processed by the Promoter in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for no other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Promoter. If you opt in and start receiving marketing emails from the Promoter, but would then like to stop receiving them, use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Promoter. 
9. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Promotion, the Promoter will not pass participants’ details on to any third party.

General 

11. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 
12. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for entries or claims which, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost.  Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Promotion. 
13. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. 
14. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.  
15. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the Prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.  
16. The winner consents to the Promoter publishing his/her name and country within three (3) months of the Promotion closing date. 
17. The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the Prize only and announcing the winner as described in No. 16 of the Terms & Conditions. 
18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the operation or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.  
19. Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions. 
20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within two (2) days) and to refuse to award the Prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause. 
21. Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner. 
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, neither the Promoter nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion. 
23. The Promotion and the terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the Participant’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Participant’s place of residence.
