Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
You will have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store). Online order returns must be completed through our online returns procedure. Exchanges can be made in a UNIQLO Sweden store but returns of items purchased online will not be accepted in store.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it can take up to 14 working days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued (including PayPal and Klarna refunds).
UNIQLO is always happy to exchange or refund all item(s) by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Store purchases can be returned and exchanged at any UNIQLO Sweden store. You must keep your receipt as it will be necessary in order to process any exchange or refund.
Refunds back to your store payment credit/debit cards can take between 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

A 29 KR shipping fee will be applied to all online returns.

Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
- Face masks
- Socks
- Underwear - Trunks, briefs, shorts and boxers.
- Any packaged products which have been opened.
- Personalised or altered products.

Can I return my online order in store?
Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in stores. You have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO Sweden store. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. -
Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
As long as all orders are within the returns period and all return notes are included in the parcel, you're able to return more than one order within the same parcel. If you return multiple orders within one parcel, you will only be charged one return fee. Please only register one order in the Returns Portal and affix the one return label to the outside of the parcel.
Please include the information detailed below, inside the return parcel so that our Warehouse Team can process your return.
If you are using a QR code please include a handwritten note with the below. Alternatively, if you are using our returns label please include a note within with the below information.

How do I make an additional return from my order?
The Returns Portal is only able to create one return label per order. Any additional returns, from the same order, will have to be posted to our warehouse using a courier of your own choice. You will not be charged the 29 KR return fee but you will need cover the cost of your return postage and ensure to obtain traceable proof of return.
If you would like to make another return please include the information detailed below, inside the return parcel so that our Warehouse Team can process your return.
Please include a hand-written note within with the below information.

How do I add an item(s) to a return I have not sent off?
If you would like to add an item to your return and you have not yet posted it, all you have to do is include a note (this can be handwritten) with the information detailed below, so that our Warehouse Team can process your return.

Can I use a different courier to return my order?
If you decide not to use the UNIQLO Returns Portal to return your parcel or you do not have access to a printer, you are welcome to return using a courier of your own choice. In this case, you will not be charged the 29 KR returns fee but you will need cover the cost of your return postage.
1. Do not register your return in our Returns Portal as otherwise you will be charged the 29 KR returns fee.
2. Package the parcel - Place the items you wish to return inside the parcel. Please be aware that all returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
3. Include a note, within the parcel, with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide:
Your Full Name
Your Order Number(s)
The product SKU code(s)
e.g. John Smith, A001234243, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label).
4. Drop off your parcel at the courier of your choice and return the parcel to the below address.
