Q. Can I return my online order in-store?
Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in stores. You have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO Sweden store if you paid using a Credit/Debit/Gift card or Apple/Google Pay. Orders placed using PayPal or Klarna (including in combination with Gift Card) will have to be returned to our warehouse as they will not be accepted for exchange in stores. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. To make an online return, please use our Returns Portal.
