Q. Can I request to have an item held at the store for me?

At this time, we do not offer the option to put items on hold via chat, call or email.

If you are in one of our stores, you may request to have your item held for up to 24 hours. Please do visit a UNIQLO store to benefit from this service. If you need to check stock for that store before visiting, please visit the item page on the website and use the check availability in-store feature.
